IT PAYS TO SHOP ALSIP CONTEST RESULTS December 2012
Thanks to the 226 contest participants in our most recent “ It Pays to Shop Alsip Contest” . Shoppers turned in receipts from their December shopping at contest locations.. “ We even got a few hundred in receipts from locations not in the contest. Even though we didn’t enter them in the contest, those shoppers brought the total receipts sent to the Chamber to $11, 220.12”, says Mary Schmidt, Chamber Director. We had more shoppers, and more money spent in this contest, than in the one from June 2012.
Thanks to Allgauer’s Restaurant, Alsip Community News, Alsip Park District, Anton Argires, Baymont Inn, Cell Air/Cellular Connection, Eggman’s Restaurant, El Coyote Restaurant, Food 4 Less, Las Fuentes Restaurant, Harry Miller Appliances, Jimmy Johns-Alsip, Pappas Restaurant, Parcels Express, Taco Burrito King, Walgreens, & Whittingham Meats who were contest locations, and supplied prizes to the winners. All participants received advertising on 10,000 flyers distributed with the Alsip Newsletter- December issue, signs in all locations, on our Facebook Page, and on the Chamber Website.

Visit any of these Alsip locations during December, make a $20.00 or more purchase, and send your receipts to the Alsip Chamber of Commerce, to be entered in the drawing for $600.00 in Alsip Gift Cards.
